Used 2020 GRAND DESIGN REFLECTION 312BHTS for sale

Unit was lived in regularly and maintained by a travel nurse for the past 2 years. Only seeling it due to a new job which doesn't require traveling. Really hate to let it go! Very clean travel trailer with all systems in great working order. Bathroom has waterproof rope lighting installed around the entire perimeter and just above the sink. Bunkroom has color-changing LED lighting for a fun atmosphere in the kids' room.

FlexArmor sprayed-on roof was installed less than 1 year ago by RV Roofs Atlanta for approximately $7800. The process included installing new gaskets under both A/C units, replacing all 3 skylights, and installing MaxxAir fan covers over all 3 vent fans.
